Groovy Moments
Katoorah
Jayne has been played on most AAA stations nationwide. She played at
The American Festival in Milan, Italy and was hired to write and perform
songs for
several films, including The Brutal Truth, starring Moon Unit Zappa,
Molly Ringwald, Christina Applegate and Johnathon Scheck, and a Warren
Miller film.

Katoorah Jayne plays funky, bluesy, tough-edged rock, totally devoid of pretense
(no kiddin'). Better yet, she's buff, she's hip, and she ain't afraid to sing things that make people
squirm.

Katoorah Jayne grew up in Denver, CO where she began
skiing at the age of 4. Trumpet lessons along with dance followed in elementary
school. Her first song was composed when she put a penny up her
father's nose. The penny was lodged in his nose and he became
quite angry. As apology, she made a hand made card and wrote
him a song that went like this: He's got a penny in his nose
what will he do? He's got a penny in his nose, what will he do?....he'll
buy a peice of gum.
